Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Pennsylvania PE license required.
- 5+ years of municipal or land development engineering experience.
- Knowledge of PA stormwater, MS4, E&S, and permitting requirements.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and Hydraflow.
Responsibilities
- Prepare infrastructure, grading, stormwater, and erosion control plans.
- Review subdivision and land development plans for ordinance compliance.
- Prepare PennDOT, PADEP, NPDES, and Conservation District permit applications.
- Attend municipal meetings and coordinate with township officials and regulatory agencies.
- Design municipal infrastructure projects and prepare bid plans/specifications.
- Perform construction observation and municipal storm sewer inspections.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal teams and consultants.
- Prepare technical reports, correspondence, and presentations.
