Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. in Chester County, PA seeks a Lead Civil / Environmental Project Engineer – Water & Wastewater (FE or PE).

You’ll own design, permitting, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects, guiding junior staff and coordinating with clients. The role offers end-to-end exposure from concept through construction, with leadership, direct client contact, and visible impact on community water systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• FE required; PE or ability to obtain within 6 months strongly preferred.
• Experience in water/wastewater design, infrastructure, or municipal engineering.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support design, permitting, and execution of water and wastewater projects.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, and drawings.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple active projects.
• Perform hydraulic and water system modeling and data analysis.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and municipal stakeholders.
• Support permitting efforts including NPDES, WQM, and Act 537 planning.
