Job summary
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated civil engineer to lead our civil team in municipal and site development, driving multi-discipline infrastructure projects from proposals through delivery and ensuring quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will hold a Wisconsin PE license, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of design and leadership experience, and a proven ability to mentor staff, coordinate across offices with leadership, support business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer license in Wisconsin (required).
- Minimum 8 years of civil design experience (municipal and/or site development).
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the civil team in municipal and site development.
- Manage multi-discipline infrastructure projects from proposals to delivery.
- Coordinate work across offices with the Director of Civil Engineering.
- Develop project managers and foster leadership growth.
- Serve as a technical resource for project teams.
- Promote continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Support business development and client relationship efforts.
- Represent the firm at industry events and professional organizations.
