Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Pennsylvania PE license required.
• 5+ years of municipal or land development engineering experience.
• Knowledge of PA stormwater, MS4, E&S, and permitting requirements.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and Hydraflow.

• Prepare infrastructure, grading, stormwater, and erosion control plans.
• Review subdivision and land development plans for ordinance compliance.
• Prepare PennDOT, PADEP, NPDES, and Conservation District permit applications.
• Attend municipal meetings and coordinate with township officials and regulatory agencies.
• Design municipal infrastructure projects and prepare bid plans/specifications.
• Perform construction observation and municipal storm sewer inspections.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal teams and consultants.
• Prepare technical reports, correspondence, and presentations.
