Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of civil site engineering experience.
• Strong background in land development design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of PA municipal and county requirements.
• Experience with stormwater management and permitting.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license preferred or EIT actively pursuing PE.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage civil site development projects (commercial, residential, mixed-use)
• Prepare grading, drainage, erosion control, and utility plans
• Perform stormwater management design and calculations
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and utility providers
• Support permitting and entitlement processes
• Conduct site visits and provide construction support as needed
• Collaborate with internal CAD/design teams and project managers
