Responsibilities

Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects from design through construction.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with local cities, counties, and public agencies.
Identify and pursue new municipal opportunities aligned with company growth goals.
Mentor and coach engineers in technical design, project management, and client service.
Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality for multiple concurrent projects.
Collaborate with other technical and operational leaders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Represent the firm at key client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Stay current on civil engineering trends, codes, and best practices in municipal design.
