Job summary

The Town of Riverdale Park seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects from concept through closeout and warranty. You will coordinate engineers, architects and inspectors, manage schedules and budgets, and keep projects on time and within funding constraints.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously and safeguarding residents' priorities throughout all phases of CIP work.

Qualifications

• Five+ years coordinating capital improvement, public infrastructure or related projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously through design, construction and closeout.
• Experience managing consultants, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Ability to read and understand plans, specs, cost estimates, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIP projects from initiation through closeout and warranty.
• Develop and maintain scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones and risk plans.
• Manage engineers, architects, surveyors, inspectors, CM firms and contractors.
• Coordinate procurement processes and contract documents.
• Monitor progress, performance, budgets, expenditures and risks.
• Review pay apps, records, schedules, RFI responses and changes.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Grants, and Town departments.
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership, Mayor and Council.
