Job summary

The City of Roswell is seeking a Capital Improvement Program Project Manager within the Asset Management Department. You will oversee delivery of non-transportation CIP projects, coordinating design, construction, and startup from concept through warranty.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in a related field and 6 years of progressive experience with 3 years in project management, plus relevant certifications and a Georgia driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
• Six years of progressive experience including three years of project management and three years in construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Director/Deputy Director to deliver the CIP (Non-Transportation) projects.
• Manage project from concept through design, construction, and warranty period.
• Develop and review scopes, budgets, schedules, and requirements.
• Prepare bid documents and manage bidding/procurement processes.
• Review drawings, cost estimates, and contracts for compliance and accuracy.
• Serve as Owner’s Representative for CIP projects and maintain communications with stakeholders.
