• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architect, Landscape Architect.
• Licensed PE, Architect, or Landscape Architect in NC or reciprocity.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in applicable project management.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily work activities of assigned staff.
• Manages budgets, schedules, and procurement processes.
• Coordinates with City officials and the public to communicate progress and issues.
• Reviews designs and ensures construction quality and safety compliance.
