Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Assists in the preparation and administration of the municipal budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Prepares comprehensive financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including the city council and the public.
• Analyzes and forecasts revenue streams, identifying potential areas for revenue enhancement.
• Monitors and controls municipal expenditures, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and policies.
• Coordinates with auditors to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and stays informed about applicable laws.
