Rowell is seeking a Municipal Bid & Sales Administrator in Willow Springs, IL to coordinate the municipal bidding process from opportunity identification through submission and follow-up. You will support the Sales team, serve as the point of contact for municipal purchasing departments, and work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to bid requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in sales administration or bid coordination.
• Experience with municipal or government bids preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor municipal procurement websites and bid platforms for opportunities and deadlines.
• Review bid specifications, RFPs, RFQs to identify requirements and gather information.
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit complete municipal bids and proposals.
• Coordinate pricing, product information, certifications, and documents with Sales and internal teams.
• Track submitted bids, results, awards, and contract requirements; maintain records.
