Job summary

Rowell is seeking a Municipal Bid & Sales Administrator in Willow Springs, IL to coordinate municipal bidding from opportunity to submission, tracking, and follow-up. You will support the Sales team, manage documentation, pricing, and records, and liaise with municipal purchasing departments to ensure timely, accurate responses.

The role requires bid coordination, organization, and strong communication, with 3–5 years in related admin or procurement fields.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Admin, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years in sales administration, bid/proposal coordination or related role.
• Experience with municipal/government bids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bid platforms and deadlines calendar.
• Prepare, submit bids and proposals with supporting docs.
• Coordinate with Sales and internal teams for pricing and materials.
• Maintain bid and contract records and reports.
• Support sales with quotations, contracts, and customer docs.
