Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety rules and environmental regulations for mechanical and electrical work.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Must possess good communication skills and interact professionally with guests and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting trades.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and install fixtures, piping, wiring, and components per plans.
• Maintain work order logs and coordinate with supervisors and contractors.
• Use hand and power tools, test equipment, and safety devices to complete repairs.
• Read blueprints and system diagrams to plan layouts, routes, and installations.
