Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs work in at least two trades to repair grounds, exterior structures, buildings, and related utilities.
• Plumbing repairs: fixtures, pipes, drains, water heaters, disposals, faucets, sinks.
• Carpentry: measures, cuts, and constructs wood items and structural components.
• Painting: apply coatings by brushing, rolling, or spraying according to directions.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation rules; operates vehicles to transport tools and materials.
