Job summary

MetroPlains Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to handle residential work orders across our properties, including heating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Must provide own hand tools, a valid license/insurance, and be willing to work extended hours, weekends, and on-call. Full benefits include PTO, holidays, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA Universal, Boilers License and/or Pool Certification experience preferred.
• Must have own hand tools, valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests related to repairs and upkeep of residential properties.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting tasks as needed.
• Ensure work is completed professionally and safely.
• Participate in site meetings and property improvements discussions.
• Maintain attractive exteriors and respond to maintenance needs.
