Job summary

MetroPlains Management is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to manage on-site work orders at our Jamestown properties. You will perform routine maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs, ensuring quality workmanship.

Eligible candidates have a High School diploma, 1–2 years of related experience, and the ability to work independently, travel between sites, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA Universal, boilers license, or pool certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for property repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain heating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other systems.
• Ensure work is completed professionally and safely.
• Provide input on property improvements for budget planning.
• Attend site meetings as needed.
• Keep buildings and grounds clean and presentable.
• Participate in ongoing safety training.
• Travel to multiple properties as required.
• On-call evenings/weekends on a rotating basis.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
