Job summary

MDL Group is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to complete routine maintenance work orders at multiple properties in Las Vegas, NV. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and communicating completion to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have broad repair knowledge, own basic hand tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel between commercial properties. You should be comfortable using a smartphone for work orders and photos.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or handyman roles.
• Owns basic hand tools and can use them effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Diagnose routine maintenance issues and determine the repair needed.
• Provide updates on status and document completed work.
• Identify issues needing licensed contractors or scope beyond this role.
• Perform general handyman tasks: door/lock repairs, drywall patches, painting touch-ups, fixture replacements.
• Handle minor plumbing & electrical tasks and know when to call a licensed pro.
