SRG Residential in Riverview, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support turnover and renovation units across our multifamily communities. You will perform trades across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, HVAC, and appliance repairs, respond to service requests, and assist with safety and documentation.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, weekend availability, OSHA awareness, and excellent customer service. HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, appliances, and HVAC trades.
- Ability to read service orders and safety manuals; adherence to OSHA/MSDS guidelines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Work on turnover and renovation units and respond to maintenance requests.
- Perform internal and external repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
- Assist with installation of fixtures, cabinets, and minor fabrication as needed.
- Participate in after-hours coverage per schedule and maintain inventory records.
