Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades under limited supervision.

Responsibilities include make-ready turnover, on-call emergencies, inventory, and site grounds. Qualifications include 3-5 years in related field, high school diploma, and valid driver's license; CAMT and Greenlight plans preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have skills in at least 2 trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready turnover duties after apartments vacate.
• Carpentry duties: wallboard repair, cabinet/countertop replacement, door/lock repair.
• Drywall patching, painting, and cleaning common areas.
• Monitor and organize inventory.
• Deliver supplies as needed and assist with snow removal.
