Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support 888-units across Chelsea, Everett, and Revere, MA. You will perform maintenance in rental units, common areas, offices, grounds, and parking lots, ensuring properties meet ownership and management standards.

The role offers a typical Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule with on-call rotation. Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, plus a valid driver's license.
