Job summary

UPHoldings is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. The role includes building, grounds, and amenities upkeep with on-call afterhours support.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance, familiar with power and hand tools, and a high school diploma or GED. Travel between sites and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade certificates or licensure a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years in maintenance/handyman role.
• Experience with power/tools and equipment such as lawn mowing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and execute work orders issued by building management.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify needed repairs or tools.
• Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, doors).
• Inspect work by contractors and vendors.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities for curb appeal.
