Liberty Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in routine repairs and safety tasks. Requirements include a year of maintenance experience preferred, basic trade skills, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to respond to emergency calls after hours.

The role demands flexibility, good communication, and strong time-management.

Qualifications

One year maintenance experience preferred.
Technical school education preferred.
Skilled in at least one building trade (painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, fire protection or mechanical).
Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
Ability to respond to emergency calls outside of scheduled hours.
Flexible schedule and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time management.
Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
