Liberty Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in routine repairs and safety tasks. Requirements include a year of maintenance experience preferred, basic trade skills, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to respond to emergency calls after hours.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience preferred.
• Technical school education preferred.
• Skilled in at least one building trade (painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, fire protection or mechanical).
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside of scheduled hours.
• Flexible schedule and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time management.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

• - One (1) year maintenance experience preferred
