Qualifications

• Two years of experience as Maintenance Repairman 1, or four years in building/plant maintenance with two trades.
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License and meet PA residency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-trade repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and HVAC as required.
• Install, maintain, and repair facility equipment such as pumps, generators, and heating systems.
• Repair doors, flooring, furniture; fabricate partitions; operate woodworking tools.
• Paint interiors and exteriors; complete masonry tasks on buildings and foundations.
• Support grounds maintenance including snow removal and lawn care.
• Transport residents using stretchers, vans and wheelchairs as needed.
