Job summary

St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for the SPHP Warehouse in a day-shift role. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, prioritizing work orders and ensuring timely completion.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in a similar facility; healthcare experience is preferred. Benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE is required.
• 2+ years of related maintenance experience may substitute for HSE.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing tasks including replacing P-traps, faucets, and toilets.
• Carry out carpentry and general maintenance with hand and power tools.
• Handle electrical tasks such as replacing bulbs, switches, ballasts, and fixtures.
• Maintain facilities safely, drive company vehicle as needed.
