Job summary

St. Joseph’s Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks across various trades within the complex and Satellite Facilities. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with up to one year of technical training or 3–5 years of related experience.

A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required. This is a full-time, on-site position on the Paterson campus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Up to one year of technical training or, if not applicable, 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per SJH policy and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Grounds).
• Assist with a variety of tasks throughout the complex and Satellite Facilities.
