Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for the SPHP Warehouse location. This full-time, day-shift role supports facility needs across off-site locations, prioritizes work orders, and maintains equipment and infrastructure.

You will perform plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC tasks, with the ability to lift 50–75 lbs and drive the company vehicle. A high school diploma or HSE is required, with 2+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE required.
• 2 years related work experience may be considered in lieu of an HSE.
• 2–3 years in maintenance, facilities, or admin support preferred.
• Experience in healthcare/regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing tasks: replace P-traps, snake lines, faucets, toilets.
• Carpentry/general maintenance using hand and power tools, drywall work.
• Electrical tasks: replacing bulbs, switches, fixtures, and emergency lights.
• Support off-site locations and monitor work orders.

Skills

Trade skills (plumbing/electrical/HVAC

Physical stamina (lift 50–75 lbs)
