Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE required.
• 2 years related work experience may substitute for HSE.
• 2–3 years in a similar facility/maintenance role preferred.
• Healthcare, long-term care, or regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work order system and prioritize requests.
• Perform plumbing tasks such as replacing P-traps and toilets.
• Address electrical tasks including bulbs, switches, fixtures.
• General maintenance across trades (HVAC, carpentry, plumbing).
• Drive company vehicle as needed.
