The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property, experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C), a customer service mindset, reliable transportation, and availability for on-call rotation.

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.

• Paint and renovate as needed.
• Manage apartment turnovers.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly.
