Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the Axcess15 Apartments team in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance tasks across all trades and deliver strong customer service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, appliance repairs, painting, grounds and common area upkeep, and responding to emergency requests. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc. a must
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and team orientation
• Consent to audio recordings during work duties
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Availability to work on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests and repairs
• Repair appliances and perform painting
• Turnovers of apartments between tenants
• Respond to emergency calls and other maintenance tasks
