Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents promptly and professionally, following up on requests.
• Performs make-ready maintenance, repairs, and installs appliances as directed.
• Cleans and maintains common areas, grounds, and building systems; reports deficiencies.
• Adheres to safety programs and requires lifting and safety training.
