As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will also support the make‑ready process and other property operational objectives.
The job requires regular movement between work sites, climbing ladders, stairs, ramps, and step stools; lifting and moving objects of 100+ lbs.; operating machinery, power tools, and motor vehicles; and working outdoors in various weather conditions. It also involves standing or sitting for prolonged periods and occasional overtime, weekends, and nighttime on‑call duties.
Salary Range: $21 per hour to $23 per hour
