Job summary

Gulf Coast JFCS in Clearwater, FL is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across building surfaces, fixtures, and systems.

The role requires journeyman-level multi-trade experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, on-call availability, and a strong commitment to safety. Benefits include health, dental & vision insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 403b plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) or more years’ proven experience as a journeyman in multiple trades (Electrical, painting, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, plastering or utility services).
• Equivalent combination of technical training and experience accepted.
• On-Call availability required.
• Must provide support to Pinellas and Pasco County sites; valid driver license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and corrective maintenance on building surfaces, fixtures, systems and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance: equipment operation checks, lubrication, air filter changes.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, and lighting, install appliances as needed.
• Carry out carpentry tasks: doors, windows, cabinets, rails, roofing, tiles and patches.
