Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, masonry, painting and related work.
• Install, maintain and repair equipment as assigned.
• Develop labor and material cost planning as required.
• Assist in ordering parts and materials and maintain inventory.
• Provide emergency repair service as directed.
• Safely execute all jobs with high quality and teamwork.
• Maintain records and reports as required by supervision.
