• Computer skills as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from the principal or designee for maintenance assignments.
• Use tools and observe good safety practices at all times.
• Report work beyond your capabilities to the supervisor.
• Order materials through proper channels.
• Keep proper records and reports on work assignments.
• Perform air conditioning, carpentry, grounds, and electrical maintenance tasks as specified.
