The role involves monitoring and repairing systems, interpreting work orders, and using a CMMS to track activities. Candidates should have a high school diploma with 5+ years in general maintenance, be able to operate a variety of tools and equipment, and possess strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5+ years' maintenance/construction experience preferred.
• Onsite and in-office role.
• Flexibility with hours including nights/weekends.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pass safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and perform minor repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
• Read, interpret, and implement work orders.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing and via email.
• Gather materials to complete repairs/work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist other maintenance technicians.
