Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Dania Beach, FL is seeking a Facility Technician II to maintain building systems, read and execute work orders, and perform preventative maintenance across a dynamic distribution campus.

You will use a CMMS, coordinate with vendors, track inventory, and ensure safety while supporting continuous improvements across maintenance tasks. A High School Diploma and 5+ years of general maintenance are required; forklift experience and OSHA/WSI certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• At least 5 years' experience in general maintenance/construction.
• Onsite and in-office role.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Flexibility with work hours, including 24/7 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and perform minor repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
• Read, interpret, and implement work orders.
• Use a CMMS (work order system).
• Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and via email.
• Gather needed materials to complete repairs/work orders.
• Accurately track and store spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory.
• Support continuous improvement within all departments.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts.
