Job summary

DP World in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. You will perform diversified duties to maintain facilities and the plant equipment, respond to repairs, and support scheduled maintenance during machine service.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while working with a variety of equipment. The role requires a high school diploma and experience in large facilities; college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience performing facility and equipment maintenance in a large facility.
• Experience working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly diversified duties to maintain facilities and the plant facility’s equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of facilities and/or equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic; troubleshoot and repair facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments or recommend subcontractors to address such problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
