Job summary

Christie Lites is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to provide general repairs across commercial offices, warehouses, and residential properties in the Orlando area. The role includes plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and HVAC tasks, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance and safety.

Candidates should be comfortable working in occupied spaces and able to travel between properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience across at least two maintenance trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Strong handyman and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in commercial and/or residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs across commercial and residential properties.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs: faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, fixtures.
• Perform basic electrical tasks: bulbs, switches, outlets, batteries.
• Complete drywall patching, painting, and wall repairs.
• Repair doors, locks, cabinets, and related hardware.
• Perform HVAC filter replacement and basic maintenance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and schedule compliance.
• Troubleshoot basic property issues.
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance needs.
