Equity Maintenance Group is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to service commercial properties in the Orlando area. The role involves performing maintenance tasks such as painting, pressure washing, lighting repairs, and building upkeep across Central Florida.

Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, be reliable, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties (painting, pressure washing, drywall repair, and related tasks).
• Repair/replace lighting, fixtures, and building components as needed.
• Carry out custodial and cleaning tasks; operate preventive maintenance and complete work orders.
