Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting work orders, manuals, and basic construction documents.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial buildings, residential properties, offices, restaurants, and related facilities.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, water heaters, and related components.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including lighting systems, switches, outlets, breakers, and associated equipment.
• Repair, install, and finish drywall, including patching, texturing, sanding, and painting.
• Perform carpentry work including framing, trim installation, door and window repairs, cabinetry repairs, shelving, and general construction projects.
