Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or construction.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to interpret safety regulations and maintenance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on properties to keep them safe and functional.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and plumbing systems; perform drywall and painting tasks.
• Assist with make-ready processes and small construction projects; maintain tools and materials.
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and troubleshooting.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and building codes; participate in safety training.
• Respond to emergency repair requests, including after-hours calls as needed.
• Document all maintenance tasks in AppFolio and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
