Qualifications

• 3-5 years of on-the-job training in a trade area.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex technical documentation to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize excellent service for a wide and diverse network of internal and external stakeholders, including internal teams, state agencies, officials, contractors, and the public.
• Complete skilled work within one or more specialized trade areas and apply trade-specific knowledge to troubleshoot, repair and remediation tasks.
• Perform work related to electrical, HVAC, electronics, carpentry, concrete/masonry, welding, plumbing, and/or painting.
• Operate machinery and heavy equipment as required; provide coverage after hours and travel to other facilities for support.
• Follow OA-FMDC health and safety protocols and OSHA standards; participate in after-hours emergencies as needed.
