Qualifications

• 3–5 years of skilled experience in trades, building maintenance, or construction.
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 preferred, but FMDC can provide if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of trades workers across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and more).
• Supervise and ensure quality of work on projects involving heavy equipment and machinery, electrical, HVAC, electronics, carpentry, concrete and masonry, welding, plumbing, and painting.
• Assist in complex projects, supervise vocational-level employees, including hiring recommendations, training, planning, and assigning work.
• Manage purchasing requests, monthly admin programs, time/leave usage, facility coverage, and training program compliance.
• Ensure facilities meet agency programmatic requirements and safety standards (OSHA).
• Provide after-hours coverage and occasional travel to other facilities for support.
