Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana in Indianapolis seeks a part-time Retail Associate to support store operations, assist customers, and perform multiple duty roles across cash handling, textiles, donations, and eCommerce tasks.

You will learn as a versatile team member, contribute to budget goals, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor with strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties: ring up orders, balance drawer, follow cash handling procedures.
• Textiles or Wares Producer: sort, tag, and hang items perQuality standards; produce target items per hour.
• Donation Door Attendant: manage donations and maintain organized backroom and door area.
• eCommerce Producer: identify valuable items for ClickGoodwill and prepare for shipping.
• e-Books Producer: scan and decide what to send to ClickGoodwill or display in-store.
• Rack and Cart Runner: maintain racks, merchandise, and adjust shelves as needed.
