Job summary

Evidence Based Associates seeks a Multisystemic Therapy clinician to empower youth and families through strength-based behavioral change. You’ll receive MST-specific training and work closely with families, schools, probation, and social services to implement evidence-based interventions.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in a relevant field and licensure; travel to client homes is required within a 30–45 minute radius. The role emphasizes collaboration and community-based therapy approaches.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Professional licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision is required; full licensure preferred.
• Must be able to travel to clients’ homes within 30–45 minutes of the designated service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model and principles.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client and family to inform treatment planning.
• Engage primary caregiver and supports in change-oriented treatment.
• Attend weekly case planning, supervision, and professional development.
• Ensure clients have access to 24/7 support when needed.
