Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care across specialties including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, and urgent care.

Responsibilities include virtual patient assessments, ordering and interpreting labs, prescribing medications (excluding most controlled substances), and collaborating with a healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least three states, preference for five or more (CA, FL, NC, PA, TX).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, daytime hours over four days.
• Strong communication skills; proficient with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided); at least one DEA certification.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses; assistance and costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual patient assessments, reviews, and treatments.
• Order and interpret labs; prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid addiction).
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care; maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Stay updated on medical advancements, telehealth practices, and industry standards.
