Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least three states to join our telemedicine team. You will provide high-quality virtual care, assess patients, review medical histories, and make treatment recommendations.

You must be licensed in 3–5 states, have telehealth experience, and be able to commit at least 15 core hours per week with flexible scheduling. Onboarding is fast and you will have malpractice insurance and legal support.

Qualifications

• Active medical licenses in at least three states (preferably five).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Ability to work at least 15 core hours weekly with flexible scheduling.
• Strong communication and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Malpractice insurance and compliance with telehealth practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care through patient assessments, history reviews, and treatment recommendations.
• Build doctor-patient relationships and deliver patient-centered care.
• Prescribe medications, including buprenorphine, in coordination with the team.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay updated on telehealth practices.
