You will manage earnings, deductions, and benefits, while maintaining compliance with wage and hour laws and providing clear reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Federal and State payroll laws and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ payroll experience; Paycom experience a plus.
• Multi-state payroll experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data including earnings, deductions, and bonuses.
• Ensure timely, accurate processing and reconciliation of payroll.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and accounting.
• Handle year-end payroll tasks and W-2 processing.
• Maintain payroll confidentiality and respond to inquiries.
