Bethesda Group is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist in Colorado Springs to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for 1,000+ employees in a faith-based nonprofit. You will handle wage deductions, bonuses, and manual payments while staying compliant with federal and state laws.

The role requires a High School diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least 1 year of payroll experience; Paycom experience is a plus. Benefits include health insurance, 403(b) matching and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal and State payroll laws and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ payroll experience; Paycom experience a plus; multi-state payroll experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Understand payroll laws and best practices for wage and hour compliance.
• Manage payroll workflow to ensure timely, accurate processing of wages, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses and other payments.
• Enter new hires, promotions, terminations and reconcile earnings each pay period.
• Prepare reports for upper management and accounting; conduct year-end reporting for W-2s.
